About the Tournament

The All India Grameen Cricket League (AIGCL) is a national-level rural cricket platform designed to identify and elevate grassroots talent from across India.

Starting with regional trials, the league creates a structured pathway for players to progress through selection matches, enter a professional player auction, and compete in a high-visibility national T20 franchise tournament. The initiative aims to bridge the gap between rural cricket talent and professional opportunities by providing exposure, competition, and recognition on a national stage.

Registration Process

Eligibility: Individual players (no pre-formed teams required)

Mode of Registration: Online registration

Participation Fee: INR 100 per player

Limited slots available. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to eligibility verification.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Group:Boys between 16 to 30 years

Open for the Village, Tier 2 & Tier 3 male cricket players

• Players must be medically fit to participate
• Basic cricketing experience required
• Must carry valid ID proof during trials

Structre Of The Program

• Players from different districts participate in open trials to showcase their cricket talent.

• Shortlisted players compete in selection matches to prove their performance and skills.

• The best performers from the selec-tion matches are shortlisted for the AIGCL player auction.

• Franchise teams bid for players to build their squads.

• All auctioned players are divided into 8 teams, each team consis-ting of 18-25 players.

• The tournament will take place in Maharashtra, where all 8 teams will compete for the championship.

• Structure: League Stage + Knockouts
