1. About Event360Manager (Role of the Platform)

Event360Manager is a digital event management platform that offers technology-enabled tools for event creation, event listing, registrations, ticketing, payments facilitation, participant data management, communication, scheduling, certificates, and related event-management functionalities. The underlying technology services and platform operations are provided by Nimblemindz Technologies, which acts as the official technology service provider for Event360Manager.

Event360Manager does NOT:

• Organize, host, sponsor, endorse, or conduct any event
• Control or manage on-ground operations, venues, officials, staff, volunteers, or safety arrangements
• Guarantee the quality, legality, safety, or execution of any event
• Act as an agent or representative of any event organizer

All events listed on the Platform are independently owned, managed, and operated by third-party event organizers.

2. Definitions

• "Organizer" refers to any individual, company, institution, club, association, federation, or entity that creates, lists, promotes, or conducts an event using the Platform.
• "Participant" / "User" refers to any individual or entity registering, purchasing tickets, or interacting with an event through the Platform.
• "Event" refers to any sports, cultural, educational, corporate, entertainment, social, or other activity listed on Event360Manager.
• "Platform Services" refers solely to the IT, software, and digital infrastructure provided by Event360Manager.

3. Organizer Responsibilities (Primary Liability Clause)

By using Event360Manager, the Organizer explicitly agrees and acknowledges that:

Full Ownership & Control

The Organizer is the sole owner and controller of the Event, including its concept, planning, execution, pricing, rules, eligibility criteria, schedules, venues, and outcomes.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

The Organizer is solely responsible for obtaining all required permissions, licenses, approvals, insurance, and clearances from relevant authorities (local, state, national, or international).

Safety & Risk Management

The Organizer bears complete responsibility for participant safety, crowd management, medical support, emergency response, insurance coverage, and risk mitigation.

Accuracy of Information

The Organizer is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all event-related content including descriptions, schedules, rules, prizes, refunds, and communications.

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All decisions related to pricing, refunds, cancellations, postponements, or event modifications are solely the Organizer’s responsibility. Event360Manager only provides a technical payment facilitation layer and does not guarantee refunds.

Dispute Handling

The Organizer is solely responsible for resolving disputes with participants, sponsors, vendors, officials, or any third parties.

Event360Manager shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, claim, dispute, or legal action arising out of or related to the Event.

4. Participant / User Responsibilities

By registering for or participating in any Event, Users agree that:

• They enter into a direct contractual relationship with the Organizer, not Event360Manager
• Participation is at their own risk
• Event360Manager is not responsible for event quality, experience, safety, refunds, prizes, or outcomes
• Any grievances must be raised directly with the Organizer

5. Payments & Transaction Disclaimer

• Event360Manager may integrate third-party payment gateways to facilitate online transactions
• Event360Manager does not store or control User banking, card, or UPI details
• Payment gateway charges, taxes (including GST), and transaction fees may apply
• Event360Manager is not responsible for payment failures, delays, chargebacks, or gateway-related technical issues
• Refunds, if any, are processed strictly as per the Organizer’s refund policy

6. Event Modifications, Cancellations & Force Majeure

Event360Manager is not responsible for event cancellation, rescheduling, or modification due to:

• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Technical issues at the venue
• Organizer decisions
• Force majeure events beyond human control

All such decisions lie exclusively with the Organizer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Event360Manager shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• This includes injury, death, financial loss, reputational damage, data loss, or emotional distress
• Event360Manager’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the platform fees paid to Event360Manager for the specific event

8. Indemnification

The Organizer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Event360Manager, its founders, directors, employees, partners, and technology providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, or legal expenses arising from:

• Event execution
• Participant injury or loss
• Regulatory non-compliance
• Misrepresentation or misinformation
• Intellectual property infringement

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, design, branding, logos, and content belong to Event360Manager. Organizers retain ownership of their event content but grant Event360Manager a limited license to display and promote the event on the Platform.

10. Data & Privacy

Event360Manager processes data strictly to enable Platform Services. Organizers are responsible for lawful collection and usage of participant data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Suspension & Termination

Event360Manager reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities are detected
• Platform misuse impacts system integrity or users

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Pune, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Updates to Terms

Event360Manager may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
